Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week or per month. Once a limit is active you cannot deposit more than that amount within the chosen period, regardless of any other account settings.

How it works: Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period and are only processed after that delay – so a moment of frustration after a loss can't override a limit you set when you were thinking clearly.
Loss Limits

Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a set period. When you reach your loss limit for the day, week or month, ZC Game will not allow further bets until the period resets. This is one of the most practical tools available.

How it works: Your net loss is tracked in real time. When the limit is hit, gameplay is paused automatically for the remainder of the period. The system is automatic – it doesn't require you to manually check your balance.
Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session length. When your limit is reached ZC Game will display a clear reminder message and, if you've chosen the stricter option, will automatically log you out until a cooling period passes.

How it works: Session timers reset at the start of each new login. A 15-minute warning is issued before the session limit expires. You can choose between a reminder-only mode or an automatic logout mode.
Reality Checks

Cool-Off Period
