ZC Game Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all products and services provided by ZC Game, including but not limited to online casino games, live casino, jackpot slots, virtual sports, roulette and any promotions or bonuses offered on the platform.

By accessing zcgame.app or any associated mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration or, if you use the platform without registering, from the moment you first access any part of the site.

ZC Game reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version is always the one displayed on this page with its listed effective date. Continuing to use ZC Game after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which ZC Game operates. Pakistani players are subject to Pakistani law in addition to these platform rules.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at ZC Game. This is a strict requirement and is not subject to any exception. ZC Game takes age verification seriously and will request documentation to confirm your age if there is any doubt.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment details – are strictly prohibited. If ZC Game detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your real full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure without refund of any balance.

ZC Game may request identity verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal or following any unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC (National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ZC Game account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members. ZC Game staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

Any activity that occurs on your account while your login credentials are in use is your responsibility, whether or not you personally performed that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ZC Game support immediately and change your password.

ZC Game recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication options. Weak or reused passwords that lead to unauthorised access are the account holder's responsibility.

If ZC Game suspects that an account has been compromised, we reserve the right to suspend the account pending investigation to protect the player's funds. We will contact the account holder through their registered contact details to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

ZC Game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions on the platform are conducted in PKR. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by ZC Game; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits which are outside ZC Game's control.

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your ZC Game wallet instantly. Bank IBFT transfers typically credit within 15–30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times. Card deposits credit within a few minutes subject to payment processor availability.

ZC Game does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges – check with your provider before depositing. Funds deposited into your ZC Game account are for gaming use only and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using accounts belonging to other people is prohibited. ZC Game may request confirmation that a payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals back to that method.

ZC Game processes withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash accounts in under five minutes at any time of day or night. Withdrawals to bank accounts via IBFT may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

There is no minimum withdrawal amount and no fees charged by ZC Game on any withdrawal. Your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own receiving fees which are outside ZC Game's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. If that method is unavailable, ZC Game may request confirmation of an alternative withdrawal method in your name.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, ZC Game may require identity verification. This is a standard process to protect both the player and the platform. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawals held pending document submission.

ZC Game reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that are significantly larger than a player's typical activity or that follow an unusual pattern of play. This is a security measure, not a refusal to pay. ZC Game aims to resolve all verification reviews within 24 hours.

Winnings obtained through game malfunction, technical error, or exploitation of a software bug are not valid and will not be paid. If a game outcome results from a clearly incorrect display of odds or a technical fault, ZC Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet.

ZC Game offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion carries its own specific terms which will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is made. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30× on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. Not all games contribute equally – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10%–20%. Each promotion's page will clearly show the contribution rates.

Bonuses are issued for personal use only. One bonus per household, per IP address and per payment method applies. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through different accounts, addresses or payment methods will be treated as a breach of these terms.

ZC Game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that it believes has been claimed or used fraudulently or in bad faith. Players who consistently play patterns that qualify for bonuses while deliberately minimising risk (a practice known as bonus abuse or bonus hunting) may have their eligibility for future promotions removed.

Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically. ZC Game will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

All casino games offered at ZC Game are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. Each game operates according to its own individual rules which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

All ZC Game software casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited by recognised gaming testing laboratories. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced or predicted by any party, including ZC Game itself.

If a game freezes, disconnects or malfunctions mid-round, ZC Game will use its system logs to determine the correct game state at the time of the interruption. Where a round was completed before disconnection, the recorded result stands. Where a round was incomplete, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at ZC Game and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Money laundering: Using ZC Game to deposit, move or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. ZC Game complies fully with anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly at live poker or live casino tables.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting a bug, glitch or technical error in any game or the platform to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
• Chargebacks: Filing a payment chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider after making a deposit at ZC Game. Chargeback attempts are treated as fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools or any software that interacts with ZC Game games without a human player present.
• Underage play: Attempting to register or play while under 18 years of age. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be voided and any deposits returned minus processing costs.
• Multiple account abuse: Registering more than one account per individual for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session time limits: Receive a notification or automatic logout after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Regular on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account and block yourself from all ZC Game products. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms by the player, any remaining balance may be withheld. ZC Game will communicate the reason for closure and the outcome of any investigation to the affected player through their registered contact details.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting ZC Game support at any time. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player's primary payment method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance will receive a notification before any administrative fee is applied. ZC Game will make reasonable efforts to contact dormant account holders before taking any action on remaining funds.

ZC Game collects and processes personal data from players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering at ZC Game, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ZC Game will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate your account.

ZC Game uses industry-standard SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Payment details are processed by certified payment handlers and are never stored on ZC Game servers in unencrypted form.

Players have the right to request a copy of the personal data ZC Game holds about them. Requests can be submitted through our support team. ZC Game will respond to data requests within 30 days in line with applicable data protection regulations.
